It can be so confusing at times. I just heard from a naturopath on tv last week that one shouldn't take a supplement that has calcium and magnesium in the same pill and that it can be dangerous to take calcium in incorrect dosage. Thank God we have a heavenly Father who can protect us despite not being experts...while we're trying to learn more. I had recently been through a bout of amoebic dysentery. Magnesium was most of the culprit. But always always remember that Calcium, Magnesium, and D go hand-in-hand with the efficiency of being absorbed. There is most likely another reason for your deficiency but then again maybe not. I had tingling in my cheekbones. That was always the first symptom for me! Praying you'll feel better soon. Then like you I stopped and now that I have a lot of pain in the feet again (and leg cramps starting up), I'm back to magnesium. I have no idea how long it takes to feel better but I do hope you (and I) feel better real soon. God bless. xxJoyfulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09956413632864588646noreply@blogger.com
