You start with a loaf of bread that has been sliced horizontally instead of vertically.
Top with a slice of bread.
Then, top that slice with Chicken Salad.
Then, top with Egg Salad.

Top with another slice of bread.

Finally, top that slice of bread with 8 ounces of cream cheese.

You're probably thinking what I was thinking, "Sounds Pretty Gross" But, we really ended up liking it and deciding it's a keeper for us! I'm not so sure it really belongs on the dinner table at Christmas. We're more of a traditional turkey dinner for Christmas family. I love to try new food and I want to experience "Quebec" while we are here. We sure loved it!
It reminds me of a church dinner finger food fellowship all together :)
ReplyDeleteI think it looks pretty good, actually! LOL No one in my family would eat it, though, so I won't be trying it. It might make a nice Christmas Eve or day-after-Christmas lunch.
ReplyDeleteMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Looks delicious!! Does that come with a Coke?
