Eczema Problem Solved!

My poor Brenna has suffered with eczema for many years.  We thought that when we moved to St. Barths (much warmer climate) that it would get a little better for her, or that she would grow out of it.  Actually, it has gotten worse.  We've tried several things: The Cortizone Cream the doctor prescribed, OTC Cortizone, every brand that says anything about Eczema, and this past summer Patrick made a homemade concoction from a recipe he found online using Aloe plants.  The results?  Not a difference.  At all.  I read online that you need to fight it from within by drinking water. So, my girl drinks 2 liters of water a day.  Not a difference, still.  So, when my friend Britney started mentioning Rodan and Fields, I messaged her right away to find out if they have something that helps Eczema.  She quickly answered, Yes! (It's actually known for also helping sensitive skin, Rosacea and Psoriasis.)  So, we ordered the Soothe Regimen.  The first week my Brenna didn't notice much of a difference.  The second week she scratched a little less and the redness was decreasing.  By week 3 and week 4 her skin had healed up and she quit scratching!  Talk about one excited girl!  We were talking last night about how great her skin is feeling and she had to confess, "Mom, I actually haven't used it everyday, though.  I sometimes forget."  Ha!  That's a 13 year old!  I'm just so thankful that we've found a product that will work for my baby girl and that she has some relief!
So, this is the second product that we've tried from Rodan and Fields that we love!

  1. I'm so glad the product(s) worked for your Brenna. I'm sure she is ecstatic with the relief. Can you tell me the name of the product. I had a quick look at the website but wasn't sure which one to order. Thanks! Blessings. x

    1. The products she is using is called The Soothe Regimen. https://kamigimenez.myrandf.com/Shop/Soothe
She has the kit of 4 bottles. She uses the wash, treatment and cream. She hasn't used the sunscreen much because most of her eczema is on her thighs, inside of her knees, and inside of her elbows. She loves it!

  2. My little guy has issues and you can just imagine how bad it gets with the dryness of Alaska. Does Brenna use the whole kit or just the sensitive skin treatment tube? Thanks for sharing, Kami.

    1. I'm sure in Alaska with the dryness it is pretty bad for him. :( Brenna uses the wash, treatment and cream. I'm not sure the results if you just use the Sensitive Skin Treatment. She's loving it!

  3. I would like to try some for my son. We have tryed many creams natural and over the counter. Some would help and some would not. Then it would be back the next day with a vengeance. The only problem is this is a high price and we are out of money right now. Have you ever thought about having a giveaway? Or do you have a sample of this product before we invest this kind of money. Let me know. Thanks.
