Patrick has been struggling with his allergies the past couple of days. It all starts with itchy, watery eyes. Then, he sneezes about a hundred times (seriously), then he just feels terrible. Fall is the worst season for his allergies. In between sneezes Patrick was talking to our landlord, and he showed him "Ambrosia" otherwise know as Ragweed. The landlord said it is very thick in this area and it really aggravates allergy sufferers. We just happen to have a nice batch growing under our bedroom window!
So, this morning, Beth and I (since we're the allergy-free ones in our family) had a "Chop down the ragweed party!"
We tried to remove as much as we could and then, we realized our arms were itching. As soon as we finished, we wased our arms and we're fine now. I just hope Patrick gets to feeling better. Pray for him, please.
