"Where's Silas?"

Right after bathtime, Patrick and Joshua decided to play "Where's Silas?" with Silas. It's so cute. He usually either hides his face on a pillow or covers his cheeks with his hands (and sometimes his eyes) and then he'll peek out and smile. Well, the other night he was using a book to play peek-a-boo with them. About 4 or 5 times he took the book off of his head and smiled. About the 6th time he didn't peek his head out. Patrick and Josh kept saying "Where's Silas?" After about 30 seconds they could hear Silas breathing deeply and evenly and they realized he was asleep! What a cutie...playing hard all day, then falling asleep while playing! What a life! By the way, I want to recommend the book in the picture "Red Rock Mysteries" by Jerry B. Jenkins and Chris Fabry.
Josh received this book from a church in Ontario and he loved it. So, the girls read it and loved it. Of course, Patrick had to check it out and read it too and he loved it! So, then they talked me into reading it and it was very good! I love a good mystery. We've read book 1 and 2 and book 3 just came in the mail for Beth's birthday on Sunday (ssshhhh, don't tell her!)
