Grandpa's Shoes

Dear Silas, When you grow up, I pray your shoes are dirty and worn like Grandpa's. They are the evidence of a very Hard Working Man.

American Girl Day

Elisabeth and Brenna have been saving their Money for 3 years to buy a dollhouse. We told them they could get one when we moved out of the motorhome. Sad to say, by the time we finally moved out they changed their mind what they were saving for. Now, they wanted another American Girl doll. We took them to 2 different dollhouse shops to make sure, and they were sure. They already have Kit and Elizabeth, so of course, they had to got shopping with us! They ended up buying Molly (Brenna) and Felicity (Beth). So last night I had 6 girls to tuck in!
Patrick bought his American Boy dolll. He picked Silas Boone.

Before we left Ft. Myers Patrick and I went on our first date since we've had Silas. Mom and Dad we so sweet to watch him and Josh for us. The girls had a sleepover with Mam-maw. We had dinner at 3 fisherman and it was one of the best restaurants I've been to. Even though I missed my four babies, I love to be with my husband!

Fort Myers Art Festival

When my Aunt Robin is in town she always likes to do some of the neatest things. This time during her visit we joined her at the Art Festival downtown. After a few coooold days, we enjoyed the gorgeous 70 degree weather. It was absolutely beautiful! Ther were all kinds of things to do for kids. Brenna made a noodle necklace and Beth decorated cookies. They both also made a really cool had and model clay sculpture.

There were all kinds of booths with artwork on display. Brenna loved this since she wants to be an artist one day. She got all kinds of ideas for her paintings. Thanks, Robin, for a wonderful time!

He's finally got his brother

Josh loves playing with Silas. He's already the perfect big bro. He loves to hold him and make him smile. He's even changed his diaper! (once) Josh really wanted our baby to be a boy, now he's finally got his brother!
