Getting the CO and more moving in

See these happy faces?? This was taken moments after we had a flurry of activity at our new building.  We had city officials, building officials, electricians, plumbers, site workmen and firemen all through the building as they tested everything out.  You could just feel the excitment!! Then came the moment when they City Inspector said, "All is clear you can move in!"  We were all so happy!

We notified everyone at church that we would have a work day to move in.  We had so much furniture to be put together and so many people came to help!  It was amazing!!

Brenna was super excited to get all the music in order.  She has a binder for each group that sings.

It was all hands on deck!

Tabitha has been dreaming of how the nursery should be.  It was so wonderful to see it all take shape!

The chandelier is so beautiful!  And the entryway table is so classy!

I ordered a lot of greenery, and brought in some of what we had before.  It was fun trying to figure out where it should all go.

We put up a beautiful rock wall behind the baptistry.

New hymnals!  And they are gold :o)  We ended up going with many gold touches in the building.  I love it!

The only thing that didn't come in were our new chairs.  So we had to move in our red ones, and pray for the new ones to be delivered before our Grand Opening which is scheduled 2 weeks after our Ribbon Cutting.

It came together with many many hands working.  I love my church family!

And then it was time for our Ribbon Cutting ceremony.  I'll post on that soon!
