Trying not to decorate for fall!

I've always been real big into waiting to decorate for a season until it is that season. But each year it gets harder and harder to not decorate for fall too soon! It sure is my favorite season and I love all of the fall decorations! I found this really cute sign at Dollar Tree. Anyone else loving all their fall stuff? I'm trying to hold off until October 1st to bring out all of my Autumn Decor. Trying.

What about all of you? When do you decorate for fall? And when do you start lighting candles with fall scents?

  1. I do love Fall too. It's my absolute favourite season but I wish it lasted longer. I don't decorate for the seasons though. In fact most people in Canada, at least those I know, do not decorate for the seasons with the except of Hallowe'en which I don't celebrate and Christmas. However I do like to have candles from Fall through the Winter. It gives a cosy glow at night Happy decorating to you though I guess October 1 is still a long way form now. xx

  2. To be honest with you, I don't start thinking about it until I see other people decorating (like you on blogs) and talking about it online because Kenya never feels like fall, and no one around me talks about it. :)

  3. I feel like once football season starts that's when you should decorate. Football just doesn't seem to flow without something pumpkin in my hand. I think I am going to keep my first day of Fall tradition. But! I definitely want to work on broadening our horizons when it comes to decor! Dollar Tree and Hobby Lobby, here I come! (I love your Dollar Tree sign!)

  4. As much as I Love falls and would love to start decorating for fall, here in Texas we feel like summer would last forever, so, no amount of decorations can make the 90-100 degrees feel like summer....so probably by the end of October I might decorate for fall...
