We love Turkey! About 17 years ago I read in Emilie Barnes's book "15 Minute Traditions" how to make an amazing turkey. I love this recipe. You cook the turkey, upside down and uncovered, at a high temperature for an hour. Then, you turn it down and let it cook all through the night. It's become a tradition for us to wake up Thanksgiving morning smelling turkey.This year I taught my girls how to make this easy recipe. I love passing the torch to my kiddos!
